Hello, I am Jennifer, and I am excited to welcome you to my yoga journey at The English Center! For 14 years , I have passionately practiced yoga and finally fulfilled my dream by completing my training as a yoga teacher. My mission is to encourage people to do something good for themselves and find their inner balance. Through my experience in yoga, I have witnessed the transformative power of this practice and want to share these valuable tools and techniques with you. Let´s step onto the mat together, explore the benefits of yoga, and create a space where you can flourish and grow.
